Ingredients:
105g Dark Chocolate
280g Gluten Free Puff Pastry Sheet
Pre heat the oven to 200°. Cut the pastry sheet into 4 strips, then cut length-ways in half. Then simply roll 2 pieces of chocolate in each square. Layer a baking tray with baking paper, place the rolls on the tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and sieve some icing sugar over the pastries before serving warm & enjoy!
