A gluten free taste of India. This Gluten Free Tikka Masala can be cooked in 20 minutes and can be easily placed in containers and re-heated for lunch (not the rice). Being full of taste and under 500 calories I feel like I could eat this at least 5 times a week! 😂
Tikka Masala: 288 calories per portion
Serves: 2
Free From: Gluten, wheat, meat and egg
Ingredients:
6 Quorn Chicken Fillets
Handful mushrooms
1 Tikka Masala packet mix
140g tomato puree
1/2 pint semi-skimmed milk
1 heaped tablespoon of cornflour
Optional: 1/2 onion and 1 teaspoon chilli powder
Fry the Quorn chicken fillets until golden brown, add mushrooms (and onion if wanted) and continue. Add packet mix, tomato puree, milk and corn flour. If wanted, add chilli powder and continue to stir for approx. 5 minutes.
Serve with naan, pilau rice and mango chutney.
