Ingredients:
Pasta Bake:
150g penne/fusilli
500g pasta sauce
50g Light cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp onion granules
1/2 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp oregano
Weigh out pasta, add all powders to sauce in pan and bring sauce to boil. Add pasta and cook for 5 minutes on hob. Evenly split pasta into bowls, add cheddar and cook in oven for 20 minutes.
Mushrooms:
2 large flat mushrooms
1 tsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 handful spinach
1 handful light cheddar
Mix butter and crushed garlic, spread onto clean flat mushrooms. Top with spinach and cheese. Cook for 7 minutes.
