Ingredients:
175g gluten free self-raising flour
30g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
80g xylitol
150g soft butter
3 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
80g melted dark chocolate
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, grease 2 cake tins, pour even amounts into each tin and bake for 30 minutes.
Fudge icing:
110g soft butter
10g xylitol
110g melted dark chocolate
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread in middle and on top of cake.
