Chilli:
200g quorn mince
2 peppers
1 onion
8 mushrooms
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 tin of peeled plum tomatoes
1 tin of mixed beans in chilli sauce
1 packet of chilli con carne powder

Serve on either jacket potato or rice

Garlic Bread:
2 ciabattas
2 cloves of garlic
10g of soft butter
